Your skill / Your first useful result

Start using
Community Course Architect.

A member learning path and one draft course transition.

An AI planning skill—not a hosted course, built community, uploaded lessons, or a video training course. It helps you design the path; nothing is connected to or published in your course platform.

Let’s get you started ↓

Setup instructions are public. Your paid skill files stay in your purchase download.

01

Find and open your files.

Use the ZIP attached to your StratBuild order-confirmation email, or its View Order → Download. Save the original ZIP, extract a copy, and keep the entire skill folder together.

Your current package: StratBuild-Community-Course-Architect-v1.1.1.zip (v1.1.1). If your earlier purchase has a different version or a missing file, contact support; don’t buy it again.

These are filenames inside your download, not website links. A .md file is a plain-text document. Open it in a text editor or Markdown viewer—not a terminal. Start Here explains the package; the Universal Prompt contains the instructions your AI assistant needs.

02

Start a planning conversation.

The simplest route works with ChatGPT or Claude: open StratBuild-Community-Course-Architect-Universal-Prompt.md, copy the prompt body below its divider, and paste it into a new chat. Complete the starting-information / intake fields using fictional or sanitized details.

No installation needed for this route.

Copying a filename or uploading SKILL.md alone is not the full setup. Your AI account and usage are separate from this purchase. Don’t buy an upgrade until you’ve checked your account’s available features. No CRM, course platform or other business tool is connected by copying the prompt.

Give it a clear starting point.

  • Who you teach and their first useful result
  • Your current courses or community—even if you have only one idea
  • Each course’s free/paid access, outcome and prerequisites
  • Your platform and current next steps
  • Verified offers, promises, prices and links; leave unknowns blank
Other ways to use your skill

For Claude native-skill setup or a reusable ChatGPT Project, follow assets/StratBuild-AI-Setup-Guide.md in your purchased package. These are different routes from a one-chat prompt, and account features can vary. Keep the complete package for native installation; a Project uses the relevant supplied resources, not an assumed ZIP installation.

Prefer to work manually? Begin with assets/course-ecosystem-intake.md and the supporting references in your package.

03

Try one safe example.

After loading your purchased Universal Prompt, send this fictional example. It is a practice brief—not a replacement for the paid skill instructions.

Use Community Course Architect for a fictional solo entrepreneur teaching beginner photography. I have a free camera-basics mini-course and a paid practice community. The free result is choosing appropriate camera settings for one simple scene. The paid community adds assignments and feedback. Prices and member URLs are not confirmed; leave them as placeholders. Map a clear start-here path, flag duplicate promises, recommend keep/split/move/link decisions, and draft one end-of-course bridge with one next action. Preserve existing courses and prepare drafts only; do not publish or change access.

Walk through the shape of the result.

Illustrative walkthrough only. These cards are prepared examples, not a live AI response, a video course, or measured customer results.

Deliver the free result

Camera-basics mini-course: help the beginner choose appropriate camera settings for one simple scene. Preserve everything already promised for free.

04

Review it. Then make it yours.

Save the output outside the chat. Review it against your supplied facts before using it. Your first target is a member learning path and one draft course transition. AI outputs can vary; this guide doesn’t certify every result.

  • Each learning experience has a clear outcome and next step.
  • Promised free content or feedback is not moved behind a paywall.
  • Unknown prices, URLs and learner progress remain unverified; nothing is published.

Once the practice run is clear, replace the fictional brief with your own sanitized context. Keep a person responsible for approval, missing facts, external sends and publication. A diagram or draft isn’t proof of a working live system.

Optional / Your next level

Want to take this further?

Book a call with StratBuild to discuss the right next step for your business: do-it-yourself guidance or done-for-you implementation.

  • Do it yourself: You build and run the system; we discuss the guidance or review that would help you move forward.
  • Done for you: We discuss a custom scope for StratBuild to design and implement the system for you.

Booking setup is being tested. This invitation is in draft.

You can keep using your purchased skill independently. Additional guidance and implementation are optional, separately scoped services—not included with the download. We’ll discuss scope, availability and pricing before any work begins.
