These Terms of Service govern access to stratbuild.ai and products or services offered by StratBuild, operated by BEE Enterprise LLC. By using the site or purchasing a product or service, you agree to the applicable terms and any separate order, proposal, statement of work, product terms, or service agreement.
1. Products and services
StratBuild offers systems-as-a-service products, including Growth OS, and may offer custom system design, revenue operations, AI workflow implementation, training, advisory, and related services. Current product scope, deliverables, timing, fees, approval points, and support terms are defined on the applicable offer page or in a separate written agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account, contact, and billing information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or services to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
- Access systems, data, or accounts without authorization;
- Upload malicious code or use the services for abusive or deceptive activity;
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit protected materials except as permitted.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are shown on the applicable offer or defined in a written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are in U.S. dollars. Billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment terms depend on the specific product or engagement. Services may be suspended for non-payment subject to the applicable agreement.

For Guided Support, cancel at least 12 hours before your session for a full refund, or reschedule free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, but include one courtesy reschedule arranged through support. Contact support if the self-service rescheduling link is closed.
If StratBuild cancels your session, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling.
Refunds and courtesy rescheduling are handled through support; cancelling a booking does not automatically issue a refund.

These policies do not limit any rights required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The site, StratBuild marks, product interfaces, workflows, content, software, and other materials are owned by StratBuild or its licensors and protected by applicable law. A customer retains ownership of materials it provides. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care, use confidential information only for the relationship, and avoid unauthorized disclosure. Separate confidentiality terms may apply through another written agreement.
7. Third-party services
Products or services may connect to third-party platforms. StratBuild does not control third-party availability, policies, or changes. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's terms.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. StratBuild does not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, growth, or other business outcomes. Results depend on the business context, market, data, decisions, implementation, and team follow-through.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StratBuild and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Any additional limitation is governed by the applicable product terms or written agreement.
10. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or as otherwise allowed by an applicable agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The existing StratBuild terms provide for good-faith negotiation followed by binding arbitration in Iredell County, North Carolina, subject to any controlling written agreement and rights that cannot be waived by law.
12. Changes
StratBuild may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected by a revised date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
