Someone to lead the work

From promising idea to a process your team uses.

AI tools change quickly. Your business still needs clear decisions about what is worth doing, who will do it, and how to tell whether it helped.

Understand the operation

Review the recurring problem, relevant systems, and current results. Establish a starting point before choosing a tool.

Set the roadmap

Prioritize useful improvements by business value, feasibility, effort, and dependencies. Keep one initiative active at a time.

Coordinate delivery

Work with your internal lead and approved providers, review progress, and make blockers visible.

Help the team adopt it

Give staff practical instructions, training, review points, and a clear owner for the changed process.

Review the evidence

Track usage, time, costs, and relevant business outcomes. Distinguish released capacity, pipeline, and actual revenue.

Share what has been tested

Receive the StratBuild AI Toolkit: shareable skills, templates, workflows, and tool guidance tested before and during your active engagement.

The first 90 days

A clear sequence.
A useful decision at the end.

Your roadmap follows the operating need and delivery readiness. Financial results or deployment dates are not guaranteed.

01 / Understand

Establish the starting point

Assess the work, agree the baseline, and select the first initiative, executor, budget, and acceptance checks.

02 / Introduce

Coordinate and train

Support implementation and controlled testing, review the work, and help staff learn the selected process.

03 / Improve

Measure and decide

Review adoption and results, make adjustments, document ownership, and decide whether to continue, change scope, or conclude.

A good fit

Leadership needs a team to work with.

  • You have a recurring operational problem worth solving.
  • An owner or executive can approve priorities and budget.
  • A named manager or funded delivery partner can carry implementation forward.
  • You can provide evidence and staff time for testing and adoption.

If your main need is standard CRM and follow-up, Growth OS may be the better starting point.

Before the next step

A few useful answers.

What does a fractional Chief AI Officer do?

StratBuild provides part-time AI leadership: assessing an operating problem, prioritizing improvements, evaluating tools and vendors, coordinating delivery, supporting team adoption, and reviewing results. Your leadership retains business and budget approval.

How much does the engagement cost?

The founding engagement is $5,000 per month for an initial 90 days: three payments totaling $15,000. Software, usage, contractors, and substantial implementation require a separate agreed budget. Any renewal has its own agreed scope, price, and term.

Who carries out the implementation?

Your named internal lead, team, or a separately scoped delivery partner carries out substantial production implementation. StratBuild leads priorities, coordination, review, and measurement. Unlimited custom development is not included.

Do we have to move to StratBuild CRM?

No. A functioning CRM or other platform can stay in place. We recommend tools around the operating need. Any CRM licence or installation is separately itemized and approved; it is not an automatic surcharge.

What is included in the StratBuild AI Toolkit?

Shareable skills, templates, workflows, and tool guidance Jeremie tested before your engagement, plus newly tested resources and updates shared during the active contract. Third-party subscriptions and substantial customization are separate. Post-engagement resource access is defined in your agreement.

Start with one operating problem

What needs to work better in your business?

Bring the recurring task or bottleneck, who handles it, and what you have already tried. We will determine whether fractional leadership is appropriate.
